OccuMed web rebuild and SEO
EDP rebuilt OccuMed’s website from the ground up with SEO-friendly content and a flexible CMS, then trained the team to manage and grow it in-house.

Client snapshot
OccuMed is a UK-based occupational health provider working with organisations to deliver expert health and wellbeing services in the workplace. Their team is built on professionalism and specialist knowledge, but their old website didn't reflect that in the way they wanted. Their old website had done its job, but the business had moved forward, and the site needed to move with it.
They came to us for a full website refresh, one that felt credible, was easier to manage, and could support their goals around growth, trust, and visibility.
What they needed
OccuMed wanted a site that looked modern and professional, but more importantly, one that worked better for their clients and internal team. The website needed to make key services easier to access, simplify referral processes, and provide a more reliable home for secure client logins and resources.
They were also looking to build more brand authority through content. SEO was a key part of the conversation early on and they needed tailored, relevant content that would help position them more clearly and start ranking for the right terms. At the same time, they wanted the tools and knowledge to keep that momentum going internally.
What we did
We started with a full discovery process to understand their team, structure, services, and the day-to-day journey of their clients. Then we rebuilt the site from the ground up, with new design, content, and structure, all focused on clarity and usability. Here's what we delivered:
- A clean, professional design that reflects the expertise of the team
- Streamlined navigation that makes it easy to access services, referral forms, and the client panel
- Tailored, SEO-friendly content to improve visibility and authority over time
- A flexible CMS setup on Webflow so the team can update pages, images, and blog content independently
- Initial blog content to get their SEO and content marketing efforts started
- A tone of voice that's informative, approachable, and suited to their professional audience
But the work didn't stop at the website launch. We also spent time with Josh, the CEO of OccuMed, offering guidance on how to plan and write blog content that would support their wider digital strategy. We showed him how to use Webflow's editor to make changes to copy and images, add blogs, and manage the site confidently moving forward.
We also introduced ways to map blog content across future campaigns, including email and social, so that their content could serve a wider role than just improving search rankings.
What's next
The new website gives OccuMed a strong foundation to build on, with the tools and confidence to manage it in-house. Whether it's publishing new content, planning campaigns, or making day-to-day updates, the team now has what they need to keep things moving. We'll continue to support where needed, offering strategic input and ongoing services as the business grows.
