Southeast Resin Specialist Solutions (SRSS) is a new business based in the South East, offering specialist resin-bound surfacing for outdoor spaces. With high-quality craftsmanship and a niche service offering, they needed a professional digital presence to match the quality of their work and to help potential customers find and trust them from day one.
What They Needed
SRSS came to us with no existing online presence. They had a clear vision, strong branding, and a director who knew exactly what made their service different but they needed a website that could showcase it all.
What they were looking for wasn’t just a website for the sake of it. They needed something that felt considered, credible, and built with their audience in mind. A place to show off their work, explain what makes resin-bound surfaces a smart investment, and help local customers take the next step.
What We Delivered
We started with a discovery session with Elliott, the founder of SRSS. He shared his goals, vision, and what really mattered to him and the people he wanted to reach. From there, we built a clean, modern website that felt true to the brand and most importantly, true to the service.
Here’s what went into it:
- A fully custom website build using SRSS’s existing logo and colour scheme, with branding carried throughout
- Simple, structured content that’s clear, informative, and matched the tone Elliott wanted. He didn't want any fancy wording, just what customers need to know
- Clear navigation and user flow, so people can quickly find information and get in touch
- Custom icons and visual details designed to match the brand’s identity
- Key trust elements like certification badges, service breakdowns, and FAQ sections
- A blog to start building search relevance and offer thought-leadership content around resin surfaces
- Pop-up features for time-limited offers or discounts
- Integrated performance tracking so we can monitor traffic, engagement, and make data-led improvements over time
This wasn’t a one-off project. We’re continuing to support SRSS post-launch, ensuring the site evolves with the business and stays aligned with their goals.

What’s Next
Now that the site is live and performing well, we’re exploring the next phase of work, likely starting with social media management and wider support with digital marketing.
Our aim is to keep building on the foundation we’ve put in place, helping SRSS show up consistently online and connect with more of the right customers in their area.
