The Agentic Exec is a boardroom-focused initiative created by senior operators working across transformation, delivery, and technology leadership.
Rather than acting as a traditional podcast or content channel, the aim was to create a practical resource for executives looking to understand how AI and automation translate into measurable commercial outcomes.
The platform combines long-form discussion, short-form content, and interactive tooling to help leaders move from curiosity to implementation.
From the outset, this needed to function as a system rather than a series of isolated pieces of content.
What they needed
The Agentic Exec required more than filming a podcast.
They needed a structured platform capable of building authority, distributing insight across multiple formats, and supporting ongoing engagement with a senior audience.
Specifically, they needed:
- A clear identity and positioning for a boardroom-level audience
- A professional filming environment appropriate for senior guests
- A repeatable production process for long-form and short-form content
- A website acting as a central hub for episodes, updates, and sign-ups
- Multi-platform distribution across video and social channels
- A way to extend conversations beyond the recording itself
- A long-term content system rather than one-off media output
This required strategic planning alongside creative production.
What we did
We approached The Agentic Exec as a media platform build rather than a recording project.
Our role covered concept shaping, production, infrastructure, and rollout, ensuring each part supports the others.
Positioning and format design
Working closely with the hosts, we helped define how the series would sit in the market and who it would speak to.
The focus became practical executive insight, lived experience from leaders delivering change inside organisations, rather than commentary or theory.
This informed guest selection, episode structure, and how conversations would later be repurposed across formats.
Production and filming
We managed and delivered the full recording setup, including securing and coordinating the filming location at UiPath’s London office at 22 Bishopsgate.
This allowed the environment to match the level of discussion and guest profile, while providing a repeatable setup for future recordings.
Each filming day is designed to capture significant usable material in a single session rather than requiring constant reshoots.
Our responsibilities included:
- Full filming setup and recording
- Audio capture and monitoring
- Visual framing and set preparation
- On-site production coordination
- Preparing footage for multi-format use
The goal was to capture once and distribute many times.
Editing and content ecosystem
Rather than producing a single finished video, we built a content pipeline.
Each recording session generates:
- Full-length episodes
- Multiple short-form clips
- Promotional visual assets
- Ongoing supporting media for distribution
This approach allows a single recording day to produce a sustained stream of content rather than a single release.
Website and platform infrastructure
We designed and developed the Agentic Exec website as a central hub for the project.
The site provides:
- Episode hosting via embedded video
- Links to distribution platforms
- Contact and waiting list functionality
- A structured space for ongoing updates
- A foundation for expanding interactive features
The website acts as the permanent home of the platform while social channels distribute the conversation outward.

Ongoing rollout
We continue to support the release process, ensuring episodes, clips, and assets are prepared and delivered consistently across channels.
The aim is steady visibility and cumulative authority rather than one-time launch activity.
The results so far
